This lot is accessible for parking permit holders only. Permits must be purchased at City Hall in order to park in this lot. Proof of employment at a downtown Gatlinburg business is required to obtain a permit.

The Parking Department is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the municipal parking lots throughout the City. Most of these facilities are open year-round, with the exception of Christmas Day, from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m.
